Cooking Classes -
The perfect Christmas gift!

We are offering two classes this year: The Basic class, where you learn "hands-on" the foundations of French cooking, and the Specialty Class, where you learn how to cook game--elk, venison, and quail--the gourmet way.

It is followed by a five-course dinner prepared and eaten together in each class. Classes are given in the home of classically-trained French chef Francis Foucachon.

Enrollment is limited to 12 per class.
