The Food
The food at "West of Paris" is prepared on site in the same tradition as the meat sauces--from scratch with the best of fresh and natural ingredients. Chef Foucachon does all the buying himself, and makes every effort to purchase locally, both meat and vegetables,--and also import essential ingredients from France.
