Wine tour of Burgundy, France
Chef Francis Foucachon, in affiliation with West of Paris, is proud to announce a small group wine tour of the Burgundy region in east-central France.
This small group tour (between 6 and 12 people) will be personally guided by Francis Foucachon. He was born and raised in Lyon, where he received his training to be a chef, and is now Chef/Owner of West of Paris, restaurant francais, in Moscow, ID, USA.

Dates:
Tour begins in Lyon June 23 (Monday : 2:00 p.m.)
Tour ends in Lyon June 28 (Saturday : 2:00 p.m.)
Includes:
- 5 nights in luxury hotels
- 6 guided days
- Everything included (transportation in France, hotels, 3 meals per day--wine not included).
Itinerary
| Day One: |
- Arrival. Drive to Macon to the Hostellerie Bressane in Cuisery.
- Eat
dinner in gourmet restaurant at hotel.

| Day Two |
- Drive to Chateau de Cormatin. (35 min. drive)
- Visit the cave of Pouilly Fusee with degustation
- In the evening, go to Relais et Chateaux Lameloise in Chagny en Bourgogne.

| Day Three: |
- Visit three wine caves.
- Go to Beaune for lunch (20 min. drive)
- Visit Beaune
- In the evening, go to Hotel Richebourge in Vosne Romanee. (30 min.)

| Day Four |
- Go to Dijon and visit city. (30 min. drive)
- Lunch in Dijon
- Drive to visit wine caves - Clos de Vougeot. Also a chateau to visit.
- Drive to Relais Chateau L'Esperance. (1.5 hr. drive)
- Dinner at Chateau.

- Drive to Abbaye de Fontenay (30 min. drive)
- Drive to Vezelay for lunch (30 min. drive)
- Drive to Chablis region for degustation and visit of wine caves. (1 hour drive)
- Drive to Macon to the Chateau d'Ige (2 hour drive)

| Day Six |
- Drive to Cluny and visit the village (30 min. drive)
- degustation and visit of wine cave.
- Drive back to Lyon. (1.5 hour drive)
